This large format CO2 flatbed laser cutting machine is developed for automatic and continuous cutting of filter materials. Thanks to the X and Y-axis rack and pinion drives, as well as servo motors, the laser cutter offers high precision and cut quality at the highest cutting speeds and accelerations. It is durable and provides optimal laser stability while laser cutting.
Various laser wattage configurations are available: 300, 600, or 800 watts.

This laser cutting machine is powered by a gear rack dual-drive transmission system, which harnesses the precision of two servo motors to drive separate gear and rack assemblies.

Tension Control System:
The core of the tension feeder is a sophisticated tension control system that ensures the fabric maintains a constant and appropriate tension during the feeding process. This system typically includes tension sensors, controllers, and actuators that work together to automatically adjust the tension, preventing the fabric from becoming slack or overstretched.

Double-layer Feeding:
Tension feeder can be designed to support double-layer feeding. It refers to the capability of feeding two layers of fabric simultaneously into the laser cutting machine.
This feature is particularly useful in industries where efficiency and productivity are paramount. By feeding two layers of fabric at once, the cutting or processing time can be effectively reduced, leading to increased throughput and productivity in manufacturing operations.
4. Marking Modules
Upon request, a Ink-jet Marking module and a Marker Pen can be installed on the laser cutting unit to print or mark the filter materials for subsequent sewing.
Functions:
- Accurately mark cutting contours
- Number the cut pieces
- Different marks can be made based on the information of each cut piece, such as task name, size, etc.
Inkjet marking feature:
- Non-contact inkjet marking
- Ideal for sewing marks and simple marking, the precise relative position locates the cutting line and ensures trouble-free subsequent processes.
