This CO2 flatbed laser cutting machine is equipped with an extra-long cutting table, available in lengths from 6 metres, 8 metres up to 10 metres. It is capable of cutting extra-long patterns in a single pass, eliminating the need for splicing and repetitive setups. This Ultra-long Table Size Laser Cutting Machine is a state-of-the-art industrial equipment designed for cutting large textiles such as parachutes, paragliding fabrics and aviation carpets.

The primary feature of this laser cutting machine is the extended length, allowing it to handle larger pieces of fabric or continuous rolls without the need for manual repositioning. This is particularly advantageous for cutting long pieces of fabric or continuous patterns efficiently.

The self-developed ultra-long continuous processing control system allow the cutter to handle extra-long graphics in a single pass without splicing, greatly increasing productivity.

Thanks to the X-axis and Y-axis rack and pinion drives and servo motors, this laser cutting machine offers high precision and cut quality at the highest cutting speeds and accelerations. It is durable and offers optimum laser stability over long periods of operation.

Working tables are available as static honeycomb table or conveyor table.

In conjunction with a spreading machine, the rolled textiles can be unfold flatly in preparation for the subsequent cutting and sewing process. This not only increases the efficiency and quality of textile processing, but also meets the market demand for individual and customized products.

Various laser wattage configurations are available:

150, 200, 300, or 600 watts.
